What is happening inside your body, when you have COLD, Breast Cancer, Crohn's disease, Overweight, Asthma, etc?

Although they are different kinds of diseases and degrees of serious of the illness, the body just tries to tell you one thing -- there are toxins or impuirties inside you. 3. Fasting which allows the internal body to rest and heal itself.

Knowledge is power --- for thy health

Knowledge is a powerful tool for managing and healing our health.
We can't keep ourself in dark.

If you have knowledge:

You know western medicine is not the only way to treat the illnesses or diseases.

It is not a "Dead Sentence" for you when you just have 4 months to live from doctor's report.
Your odd to beat that can be very high if you will change your life style, eat fresh food, seek other treatment method, and keep positive attitude.

You will not believe (but you open to) any information from others, books, public, and even the infromation from my blog until you have done your own research.

You will not still use non-stick cooking pans to fix the meals for your family.

You will not buy color added salmons from grocery stores.

You will not consume any vegetables and fruits until all the pesticides are removed from them.

You will not use plastic bottles, containers, and microwave ovens just for convenience.

How can you get knowledge? It is very Simple - by reading (books or internet), desire to learn, and make yourself available to new information. My Personal Exercise Program

I use the combination of stretching, Qi Gong, and morning walking. I don't do the same routine everyday. I alternate the three parts on different days. Stretching helps your body to align in correct position and strengthen your muscles.

I encourage everyone to do the morning walk at least half an hour with 2 lb dumbbells to strengthen the upper body muscles everyday. If you don't have the dumbbells, you can use 1pt water bottles (filled with water) instead.

Walking can make the colon to produce the mucus which helps the waste excrete out of the body easlier. You will not feel good if the waste matter staying inside too long. The toxin will go back to blood stream. For your health, you really don't want this happen to you.

If you like to go to GYM, that is OK. The major point is that you need to shop around. Find the one you feel the most comfortable with regarding to affordability, friendiness, qualification of trainers, etc. Don't hesitate to ask for free trial peroid - important to find out that it is really what you want.

I was the manager of Curves for one and half years at Benicia, CA before I relocated to AZ. I can give you my honest opinion about Curves. I feel the Curves program is good for people of any age (even for kids of above 10 years old with 5' tall or above) because the exercises are gentle types . Weigh Loss and Lower Cholesterol Level

I received result of my blood test, which was performed on 10/2/08, from my doctor today. I am listing it with precious results for comparison:

Cholesterol 10/08 (186), 04/08 (216), 08/07 (244), Standard (<200).
Triglyceride 10/08 (119), 04/08 (156), 08/07 (181), Standard (<150).
HDL CHOL 10/08 ( 41), 04/08 ( 40), 08/07 ( 39), Standard ( >45).
% HDL 10/08 (22), 04/08 (19), 08/07 ( 16), Standard ( >27).
LDL CHOL 10/08 (125), 04/08 (150), 08/07 (175), Standard (<130).
VLDL CHOL 10/08 (20), 04/08 (26), 08/07 ( 30), Standard (0-29).
CHOL/HDL 10/08 (4.5), 04/08 (5.4), 08/07 (6.3), Standard (<4.5).

The result was better than I expected. In 2007, my weigh was 129 lb as the highest. It was 101lb on 10/2/08. I used the combination of Plan 1 and Plan 2 in our program to achieve my goal in weigh loss and lower my cholesterol level. Of course, exercise programs were used too. The plan works very well.

I was feeling a huge weigh had been lifted off from me both physically and mentally. The toxins and impurities inside my body were removed by fasting, freshly home-made fruit and vegetable juices.

My mind is more clear, focus, and alert. I have a lot of energy to accomplish more tasks than that before. I feel excellance.

No Doubt, It is Our Faults
